Our Alice and the Magician Cocktail Demonstrations mix the excitement of magic with the fun of cocktails.
We start with a classic cocktail, for example a Cosmopolitan, and ask the guest to try it. After a brief sip we add the Magic.
The bartender starts by adding dry ice, which slightly carbonates the cocktail, then adds a series of elixirs and aromatic mists that transform the flavor of the classic cocktail into something utterly new.
There is customization involved, so the guest can have a say as to the direction of the flavoring, such as citrus or possibly coconut. This station captures all the sences for an experience your guests will be talking about long after the e vent has ended.
